Isaac has over 18 years of experience in the real estate financing industry, Isaac founded Filler Capital in 2023 to provide customized and innovative solutions for his clients’ diverse needs. Filler Capital is a boutique firm that specializes in arranging debt and equity for all types of commercial properties across the country.

As a founder and leader, he leverages his extensive knowledge and network to source, negotiate, and close deals with optimal terms and conditions. He has a proven track record of delivering results, having closed more than 800 transactions totaling over $7 billion in financing. Isaac excels in various loan executions, including bridge, construction, CMBS, agency, balance sheet, CLO, mezzanine, and preferred equity structures. He values his relationships with his clients and partners and strives to make the financing process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Yossi Koschitzki

Yossi is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial real estate lending. He began his career at Meridian Capital Group in 2016 and continued with the firm until 2022. He closed over $3 billion in loan transactions throughout his career across various asset classes, including industrial, retail, and multifamily. In 2023, Yossi co founded Filler Capital, where he serves as both a principal and the head of underwriting.

He brings extensive expertise in ground-up construction loans, land deals, and a wide range of loan types such as bank, debt fund, SBA, and CMBS. A graduate of Touro College with a degree in accounting, Yossi volunteered as a certified IRS tax preparer for low income families while in college. His diverse skill set, successful track record, and commitment to giving back make him a leader in the real estate finance industry.

Michael Neumann

Michael is a seasoned commercial mortgage professional with a strong track record in real estate finance, loan origination, and structured debt solutions.

Previously, he worked at Harborview Capital Partners, where he specialized in structuring and securing financing across a range of platforms, including HUD, Agency, CMBS, and bank executions. With expertise spanning the full lending lifecycle —from underwriting to deal processing—he is committed to delivering tailored financing solutions that align with each client’s unique goals.

Moe Rosenblum

Moe Rosenblum is a seasoned commercial mortgage broker with over 20 years of experience structuring and securing financing for real estate investors and developers nationwide. As a Senior Vice President at Filler Capital, Moe specializes in arranging debt and equity solutions for multi family, mixed-use, retail, industrial, and other commercial property types.

Throughout his career, Moe has successfully closed over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions, demonstrating his expertise in navigating complex deal structures, capital markets, and lender relationships. His deep industry knowledge and strong network enable him to deliver tailored financing solutions that align with his clients’ investment strategies.

Moe’s track record includes working with private lenders, debt funds, banks, and institutional investors to secure competitive loan terms. His ability to execute deals efficiently, even in fluctuating market conditions, has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate space.

Steve Edelstein

Steve has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance, Steve has successfully closed over $500 million in debt transactions across all asset classes nationwide. He began his career at Meridian Capital in 2014, where he closed $100 million in his first year and went on to finance a diverse range of properties through bank loans, debt funds, SBA financing, and CMBS executions.

In addition to debt structuring, he participated in over $100 million in office building sales, providing clients with a full-suite advisory approach to real estate investment. His expertise lies in creative capital solutions, leveraging strong lender relationships to secure the best terms for investors and developers.

Jordan Gellman

Jordan is an experienced commercial mortgage professional with a strong background in real estate finance, credit analysis, and risk management. Jordan graduated from Queens College and spent six years at Cross River Bank, where he closed over $250 million in commercial real estate loans across multi-family, mixed-use, industrial, and other asset classes.

His expertise spans the full lending lifecycle, from origination and underwriting to portfolio and risk management, ensuring tailored financing solutions for investors, developers, and private lenders. He is passionate about structuring deals that create long-term value and help clients navigate complex financial landscapes.

Shaya Hirtz

Shaya has over a decade of experience in real estate, he has a proven track record in operations and asset management across multiple asset classes. As Vice President of Filler Capital, he leverages his expertise in business development and operations to drive the growth of Filler Capital.
